The breakfast selection had fresh fruit, yogurts, breads, cheeses, hams and fish. the self-service espresso machine with hot milk was amazing!!! i loved the pastries and drink station. It was available all day. the staff were friendly and helpful.
The windows didn't open properly. I wanted fresh air.

The hotel provided complimentary afternoon snacks and drinks, a nice touch (I enjoyed the custards!). The location was central, near many shops and dining options. I found the breakfast to be well-presented with a lot of options available.
My room was quite dark, even with the lights on. I noticed a musty smell in the bathroom (perhaps from the old tub). I found that the windows do not open properly, which affected the ventilation.

cleaning before 4pm required a reception request. the furnishings was without soul.

The staff gave a warm welcome and showed genuine care. They even looked after some elderly relatives like family. Breakfast had delicious options. The lounge area always provided coffee, tea, water, port, and moscatel. I could relax there before and after dinner. The location is excellent, perfect for exploring all attractions.

The location was excellent. i found a wide variety of healthy foods at breakfast. the breakfast area provides an opportunity to mingle with other guests. I liked that.
